Makes switching between medium, high-speed, and ultra-high speed of maximum RPM levels quick and easy (up to 3000 rpm).

A 1mm tip clearance, combined with the shape of the fan blades and frame, hits a sweet spot where Silent Wings 4 puts out high performance in noise-normalized conditions.
