Dark Rock Pro TR4 receives Excellent award
Hardware.Info has reviewed air and water coolers for the AMD Threadripper platform. The round-up includes the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro TR4 and the editorial team both consider this and the Noctua NH-U14S to be the best air coolers. While they both receive an Excellent award, the editor states that he prefers the design of the Dark Rock Pro TR4 over its Noctua competitor.

Dark Rock Pro TR4 offers slightly different results - slightly warmer, slightly quieter - but in the end, it performs the same and has an identical price. It's a matter of personal taste, but we can imagine you'd prefer the black be quiet! over the Noctua cooler and it's odd color scheme.”
