Hardware Info has published its July 2020 CPU cooler buyer's guide, dividing the guide into different categories. The be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 is the best high-end cooler in the guide, while the Shadow Rock TF 2 is the best compact cooler (alongside the Noctua NH-L12S).
