The Canadian YouTube channel Hardware Canucks built their quietest gaming PC ever. Despite using very high-end components such as Intel latest Core i9 9900K and the RTX 2080 Ti, the build manages to remain absolutely inaudible in all situations. Even with 6 fans in the case, the measurements remains below 33dba.
