1. Organizer

2. Eligibility

Participants must be residents of a country that is part of the “promotional area.” Participation is free of charge.

Corporate/business customers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Employees of Listan GmbH or their relatives are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation

By participating in this promotion, participants can receive a Gamesplanet code for one of the following games:

The code will be sent directly to the participant by the participating partners.

The participant must purchase at least one valid “promotional product” within the “promotional period” from one of the eligible partners in the participant's country.

By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to the official rules and terms and conditions.

4. Promotional products

To participate in the promotion, you must purchase a new, original product listed in the appendix (“participating products”) from one of the “participating retailers.” Borrowed, leased, or used products are excluded from the promotion. A delivery note, receipt, or order confirmation from a sales platform (please note this for online purchases) is not sufficient proof of purchase.

The participant must make the purchase from a retailer in their country of residence.

If the participant exchanges the promotional product after registration or exercises their right of return or withdrawal, their entitlement to the promotion will be retroactively revoked. Any Gamesplanet codes that have already been issued must be returned to Listan GmbH, plus an additional processing fee of €100.00. Listan GmbH will take independent action against attempts at fraud and abuse.

5. Promotion period

The promotion begins on December 1, 2025. The promotion ends on January 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET.

Gamesplanet codes can be redeemed at https://de.gamesplanet.com/promo/bequiet until February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET.

6. Rules of conduct

Listan GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the prize draw and/or violate the terms and conditions of the game.

7. Termination options

Listan GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion prematurely if this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice or justification. This applies in particular if the promotion cannot be carried out as planned, e.g. due to software or hardware malfunctions and/or other technical and/or legal reasons that impair the proper execution of the promotion.

8. Responsible party

All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the prize draw should be directed exclusively to Listan GmbH.

9. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Applicable law and liability:

This promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Listan GmbH shall be released from all obligations arising from the promotion after the end of the “promotion period,” unless an earlier date is specified in the conditions of participation.

Listan GmbH is not liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the Gamesplanet codes.

Listan GmbH may change the conditions of participation at any time.
