1. Event sponsor

This activity is being organized by Listan GmbH, Wilhelm-Bergner-Str. 11C, 21509 Glinde, Germany and participating partners. 

2. Eligibility requirements

Participants must be resident in a country that is part of the "action area". Participation is free of charge.  
Corporate/commercial customers cannot take advantage of this promotion. 
Employees of Listan GmbH or their dependants are not permitted to participate.

3. Participation

By participating in this promotion, the participant can receive a Gamesplanet code for the game "Dragon's Dogma 2". The code will be sent by the eligible partners directly to the participant.  

The participant must purchase at least one valid "Promotional Product" within the "Promotion Period" from one of the eligible partners in the participant's country of residence. 

By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to the official rules and the conditions of participation. 

4. Promotional Products 

The purchase of a new original product listed in the appendix ("Participating Products") at on of the “Participating Partners” is a prerequisite for participation in the promotion. Borrowed, leased or used products are excluded from the promotion. A delivery bill, a receipt or an order confirmation from a sales platform (please note this when purchasing online) is not sufficient proof of purchase.  

The participant must buy from a dealer in his country of residence. 

If the participant exchanges the promotional product after registration or makes use of his/her right of return or objection, the entitlement to the promotion will lapse retroactively. Claims that have already been issued must be returned to Listan GmbH. plus an additional processing fee of €100.00. Listan GmbH will independently take action against attempts at fraud and abuse.

5. Promotion period 

The promotion will start on March 13th, 2024. The promotion ends on April 30th, 2024 at 23:59 PM CET. 

The Gamesplanet codes can be redeemed until 23:59 CET on May 15th, 2024 at https://de.gamesplanet.com/promo/bequiet .

6. Rules of conduct

Listan GmbH reserves the right to exclude any participants from the promotion who are found to be manipulating or attempting to manipulate the participating procedure or the draw and/or behaving in violation of the terms and conditions of the game.

7. Escape clause

Listan GmbH reserves the right to cancel or prematurely end the promotion where necessitated due to unforeseen circumstances without giving prior notice or reasons for doing so. This applies in particular where the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, such as due to faults in the software or hardware, and/or due to other technical and/or legal causes that impact on the regular and orderly execution of the promotion.

8. Responsible agent 

All questions, comments and complaints about the contest are to be directed exclusively to Listan GmbH.

9. Legal recourse

The court’s decision is final.

10. Jurisdiction

This promotion is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. 

Listan GmbH will, after end of “Promotional Period”, be released from all obligations arising from the promotion insofar as no earlier point in time ensues from the terms of participation. 

Listan GmbH shall not be liable for material and/or legal defects in the Gamesplanet codes.  

Listan GmbH may change the terms of participation at any time.
